This is a full, immersive journey through four heart-centered practices woven together to help you reconnect with yourself at every level, body, heart, and spirit.

Oracle Card Reading
We begin here. If you've been feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of your next step, the cards offer a gentle mirror. Not to predict your future, but to reflect where you are and what you might be ready to see.

Ceremonial Cacao
Before we go deeper, we slow down together over a warm cup of ceremonial cacao. People who struggle to open up or be present often find that cacao helps them soften in a way that surprises them. We set an intention for your time here and create space that feels safe and sacred.

Mindful Movement & Meditation
If you stay in your head and disconnect from your body, this is where things start to shift. Through gentle movement, breath, and stillness, I help you go from mental overdrive to feeling grounded in yourself again. No experience needed. Just a willingness to arrive.

Reiki Sound Bath
We close here, and it's where most people exhale for the first time all day. Reiki energy supports your body's balance while sound vibrations ripple through you, melting what's been heavy and leaving you with a quiet, settled sense of peace.
